Objectives:
(a) Improvement of strategies and structures for development of research.
(b) Development of curriculum and training for Master degree courses.
(c) Financial management (including financial hands-on training).
(d) Information Communication Technology (ICT) development.
(e) Provision of assistance to the department of higher education (DHE) ministry of education, Laos PDR in development of “national policy and strategy to support research and research management.
